Diablo Racing Technology No Excuses  Lifetime Warranty

Diablo Racing Technology products carry an unconditional guarantee against breakage. No more excuses not to ride. No matter how you break it, Diablo Racing Technology will replace it. Diablo Racing Technology is the only manufacturer to offer this level of coverage in writing.

 

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

All Diablo Racing Technology products carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. Any defective products properly returned to Diablo Racing Technology will be repaired or replaced by Diablo Racing Technology . Diablo Racing Technology is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Diablo Racing Technology responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise: or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of Diablo Racing Technology products. Any products returned to Diablo Racing Technology must be sent at the customer’s expense along with the proof of purchase and the warranty authorization (customer will also be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement products). Diablo Racing Technology reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this limited warranty is void. Diablo Racing Technology is the sole determinator of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications, should any of these be found, this limited warranty is void.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  1. Discoloration of products
  2.  Physical damage (covered by Diablo Racing Technology No Excuses Warranty)
  3. Wear & tear

WHAT VOIDS THE LIMITED WARRANTY:

  1. Abuse, misuse, improper installation, and modifications.
  2. No proof of purchase at the time of warranty.
  3. Rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer.

 

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

If you need to file a warranty damage claim for your Diablo Racing Technology product, YOU MUST read the following terms & conditions:

You must be the original owner of the Diablo Racing Technology product and have filled out and mailed in your Diablo Racing Technology warranty registration card to validate & activate your warranty. If you have not filled out and mailed in your warranty registration card, your Diablo Racing product is not covered under warranty.

Diablo Racing Technology ’s warranty is NOT transferable! This warranty is only available to the original owner of the Diablo Racing Technology product.

You need to be sure that you include as much of the damaged Diablo Racing Technology product in order to receive a total replacement. If only a portion of the warranted product is returned, then only the returned portion will be replaced under the terms of the Diablo Racing Technology product warranty.

Diablo Racing Technology does not have an expiration date on its product warranty. The Diablo Racing Technology Warranty will replace the damaged Diablo Racing Technology product only once per purchase with the same color, year, make, and model.

Upon approval the replacement product will be shipped to you within 14 days of the receipt of your damage claimed part(s) providing that the part is in stock at the time. If your particular part(s) is/are not in stock, Diablo Racing Technology may require additional time to ship the free replacement and in this case Diablo Racing Technology may require up to 90 days for a replacement to be shipped. Diablo Racing Technology will only replace like for like and the replacement part(s) must be for the same bike, with identical details as the one sold under the warranty terms. The warranty is specifically related to the original registered owner and his/her bike and does not pass with the bike to any other person or bike.

The replacement part(s) will not include a second warranty card or lifetime warranty for the free replacement.

If you have mailed in your warranty registration and need to file a warranty claim you must first get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Claim number from Diablo Racing Technology . An RMA Claim number can be obtained by email (info@diablo-racing.com) or calling our warranty service line at 1-877-263-6639. After receiving an RMA claim number, write it on the outside of the box. Also include your WARRANTY CARD, RMA#, name, address, and phone number written on paper inside the box. Please note that items shipped back to Diablo Racing Technology without an RMA# will not be processed. Please be sure to call or email to get an RMA# before shipping your Diablo Racing Technology product.
